• Off season rates May to December are $1200.00 per month.

Condo has swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, fishing piers, lovely grounds to go for walks, restaurants and tiki bar on property. Sanibel Harbour Resort along side of condos. Four star rated restaurants within half mile, Direct waterfront with view of boats going by at all times, the gulf coast million dollar sunset right in front of you. Our non-smoking condo rentals are located in Fort Myers Lee County area of Florida. Approximately 15 min to Fort Myers and Bonita beaches and 20 min to Fort Myers RSW airport. Sanibel and Captiva Islands are about 30 minutes away. There are a number of golf courses in the area.
